Our Process

1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU

In our first meeting, we’ll sit down with you to go over how DI and CI work and then the illustrations that are specific to them. We then book appt #2 to help you apply for the coverage. (1 hr per policy)

2. STRONG STRATEGIES FOR YOU

When the policy comes in, we meet to go through it (30 mins meeting) Then, we assess strategies we offer that will best suit your overall needs and goals.

3. FINANCIAL PROGRAM LAUNCH

Once you’ve approved of our program, we’ll launch it. We’re committed to helping you – both now and in the future.

4. ONGOING TRACKING & MANAGEMENT

We’ll continuously monitor it to ensure that we stay on track and on target. We’ll have an annual review meeting each year for 1 hour

“I purchased my disability insurance right after graduating pharmacy school. It seemed prudent given the lower cost based on my age and the unknown about long term career opportunities; I thought it best to have my own plan.

Shortly after graduation, I got a job with benefits and expected it to be the position I would hold for the remainder of my career. I was debating canceling my policy to avoid paying premiums on two plans, as we were trying to save money while starting our family.

After speaking with Marie I decided to keep my private plan, but make some adjustments so it would be more affordable while still offering financial security in case I ever needed it. I really did not think I would need to use it. I was in good health and had a relatively healthy family history.
